Exploring the Process - Step 10: Adopt, publish and implement the plan Adopting and publishing the UNP reinforces the city's commitment to its goals and ensures public engagement throughout the implementation phase. The plan should be made easily accessible, with updates and opportunities for feedback to maintain transparency and ongoing support. A formal adoption event can further build consensus and legitimacy. In this step, cities will also ensure that the plan is publicly available and that progress is consistently monitored.
