Schools as Innovation Hubs for the Green Transition: Transforming Schools into NBS Living Labs
This booklet provides a simplified introduction to the Whole-School Approach for integrating Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) into schools, transforming them into living labs. It answers key questions about NBS Living Labs, the pillars of the Whole-School Approach, living lab methodology, open schooling culture, and suitable learning methods for this transformation. The NBS Living Labs create the right conditions to integrate actions that promote skills development and sustainability education, to innovate and open the schools to society.
